Our condo includes comfortable sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen, clean linens and towels, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and access to on-site amenities (such as pool and parking, if applicable).

You can book Azure Wave Haven through our official booking platform or vacation rental listing. Availability and rates are updated regularly.
Guest will access the condo via their own code for the door lock. Door code access will be provided before check in. There is a $50 resort fee that is paid directly to the resort at check in, which will include wristbands and a parking pass for one vehicle. An additional parking pass is available for $30. Pre-registration is now available to save time at check in.
This will give access to two pools, 2 spas, the fitness center, tiki bar, restrooms by the tiki bar, Coffee bar (Tower 2), beach front walkway from the resort, and the grill area at either pool. Grand Panama Wristbands must be worn to access all amenities.
*Maximum Occupancy for this unit is 10. No exceptions.

*To reserve a room at Grand Panama Resort, our policy requires guest to be at least 25 years of age. No Exceptions.
*No smoking or vaping.
*$300 security deposit due at the time of booking.
*Remaining balance due 30 days before check in.
*Damage Deposit hold of $400. Hold is placed 2 days before check in and released within 4 days of check out (if no damage is assessed.)
*Cancel up to 30 days before check in for a $300 cancellation fee (security deposit.) Cancellations after 30 days will not be refunded. We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
All guests are required to provide a photo ID and email address to e-sign the rental agreement after booking. Future communications for resort information, check-in and check-out instructions will be sent to the email address provided.
